Experience

Client Services Manager, Carr Workplaces October 2011 - Present

Direct and execute administrative services for an average of 70-75 in-house

executive clients and 125-150 virtual clients.

Plan and organize meetings/events for 100% of client portfolio; Administrative

support including preparing reports, memos, and presentations with the use of

Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac OSX.

Front Desk with direct face-to-face interaction, and Switchboard support;

processing calls for 200-250 clients utilizing a multi-directory platform, and

Towers, and maintained data within SalesForce.

Executed and maintained all business operations including coordinating client

service requests directly with property management.

Coordinated client and Carr related projects on an ongoing basis: Creating

PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and Word documents, Company and

client sponsored newsletters, informational postcards, client policies and
