After excelling in my role as a Disability Benefit Specialist, I was promoted to Sales
Specialist in the Atlanta sales office. My primary responsibilities inc lude quoting all

interpretation of inforce policy documentation and plan design requests from brokers. I
research the group and their quote history with Lincoln, set up plan designs in our
system and rate the quotes or send them to underwriting. Many times I am asked to
provide strategic discounting and send proposals to brokers on behalf of the marketing
reps and Sales Coordinators. I track the cases using Salesforce for the reps throughout
the life of the quote until it sells. I am also charged with ordering all office supplies and
managing the inventory of our marketing materials. This role demands critical thinking,
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize work and rush requests. I work
s pecifically on behalf of our reps and sales support staff; therefore I am required to be
professional, courteous and timely in my communications with customers in order to
