JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Records, reports and interprets all findings related to patient care.

Follows instructions of Doctors and maintains all records pertaining to care.

Gives Patients teaching related to care during and after discharge

Maintains all equipments and supplies required for patient care

Participates in emergency care of patients

Utilize all nursing comfort measures for patient care

Use of various types of monitors.

Administering Medicine and injection to patients, monitoring vital signs

Surgical preparation and IV Infusion

Taking care of admission and discharge procedure.

Documentation of various reports as per the Hospital system.

Setting up of infusion pumps for drug delivery

Avoidance of aspiration in case of vomiting

Transports of sick patients on Ambulance services with and without ventilator.

Institution of intravenous access especially in emergencies like CPR, procedures like endotracheal intubation,

DC shock, etc.,
