Outlined business objectives for all functions of the business, thereby,

instilling a system for all company employees to be held accountable and

increase efficiency for their respective deliverables, whereas previously no

such system was in place

Set up an in house R&D lab and hired technical personnel to test and

manufacture locally printing inks and polyurethane based

materials/applications

Assisted and participated personally in recovering approximately

PKR 15 million in 3 year outstanding debts – approx. 40% of the company’s

outstanding receivables and in my tenure recovered

Managed a door to door logistics program worth US$100

million plus with no stock-outs and managed and held the

businesses working capital in compliance

Successfully marketed Huntsman Tioxide’s titanium pigments

nationally in Pakistan and grew annual turnover in terms of

tonnage by 20% year over year

on payment terms as well as for pricing discounts and was able

and sustained the same for the duration I was employed with

delivery and execution to project sites so as to ensure timely completion and

Compiled the company’s P/L statements for internal and external

audits on a quarterly basis for the gasoline wholesale and retail segment of the

Responsible for the preliminary financial projections for the business

on a monthly basis to better monitor business activities

disbursements to relevant government departments on an on-going basis on a

timely basis, as well as compliance with all relevant State laws pertaining to

the operational side of the business

retail sites throughout Texas to monitor sales, gasoline pricing in order to

monitor, maintain and nurture company gross margins in an extremely

competitive environment with the likes of Exxon-Mobil, Chevron-Texaco &
