As Captian of the Laredo Sector, I was the sector's subject matter expert on all

compliance, Human Resources, Payroll and Collective Bargaining Agreement issues.

I also oversaw day to day transport operations of detainees for Border Patrol from their

stations to Port of Entry or to other stations.
