agency. This was an excellent formation of talent, as this was a new
foster and adoption agency. My duties included office management, social
services, assigning foster children to new foster homes, or reassign, as
the case may merit. I worked with county agencies to ensure we met with
all state and county guidelines, I negotiated per diem rates with county
and private agencies. I also completed foster parent payroll, expense
reports and assisted in foster and adoptive parent training. I oversaw
social workers, secretaries and other workers for the agency. I was the
CEO's right hand person.
