• Performed daily Marketing research on federal, state, county and city jobs websites

• Through my research, the company was awarded a number of large projects. (Including

the Atlanta Streetcar Project - $ 2.5 million, Northwest Corridor Project - $1 million,

Charlotte Streetcar Project - $3 million)

leasing company, and renovators.

• Did walk through with renovators and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

• Interviewed and recommended office cleaning company, movers, and signage.

• Ordered new furniture, business cards and made sure copier was properly moved.

Communicated with corporate and kept them updated on our progress.

• On the day of the move, I oversaw the entire move. Continued to follow up until everything

was completed.

amend and complete records, refers questionable returns/documents to appropriate area.
