• Responsible for keeping detailed records of all fraternities’ weekly and formal monthly
meetings. Records were recorded and faxed to national headquarters to ensure chapter
reached national goals.
• Liaison with national office and every brother of chapter through email, direct messaging,
and cellular phone contact.
• Supervised a rigid budget for fraternity that monitored spending through the use of
Microsoft Office Excel. Used money from budget to donate to The American Red Cross,
community events, and school wide functions.
• Cold called fraternity alumni to garner donations for current brotherhood.
• As a member of the executive council responsible for planning events in a limited
amount of time such as: getting blood drive trucks for on campus donation, setting up
alumni reunion celebration.
