to provide a safe, structured environment for individuals struggling with
addiction. Consulted attorney to complete the necessary paperwork and file
with the state. Develop all policies and procedures, hire, train, and
supervise staff, and oversee all daily operations. Led expansion to five
facilities with 36 total beds.
