The role involved working primarily as a test analyst for greater period of
the testing phases. The role involved understanding the various billing
related features for DUKE Energy in Utilities domain.
-writing test cases and helping the testers in executing them.
-After the ST phase also involved in helping the onsite SIT (Solution
Integration) test lead with the SIT test cases execution and retesting of
the SIT issues in ST.
-Planned and executed the regression and sanity testing suites for the ST

Updated the installation document with more details so as to improve the
simplicity of the document and also cover most the issues which may be
encountered while installing any particular RBM version on a machine.
Tested and verified features or issues which covered major part of the
Infinys rating and billing products suite.
Went to Turk Telkom, head office located in Ankara, Turkey for UAT testing
for 3 months.

The role involved jumping in at a critical stage to stabilize testing
activities. This also involved slowly building up expertise in the
relatively young testing team in the nuances of the Geneva rating and
billing application and to support the ad hoc test requests on a daily
basis. Delegated work based on the expertise of the individuals in the
respective products of the Infinys product suite.
Planning and executing the regression and sanity testing suites and then
delegating this to the team members and providing assistance whenever any
expertise is required.
The role also involved providing support to the testing team with running
IRB processes and validating the test results.
