Responsible for coaching managers/supervisors, employee relations, site headcount and

serves as internal auditor for site Quality Management System. Accomplishments
include the successful transition from a Vendor Management System to an in-house
temporary services provider and continuing to operate as liaison for temporary program.
Established local return to work process for employees returning from disability or
worker’s compensation, which resulted in faster return to work rates. Participated in a
Value Stream Mapping project of the hourly hiring process to identify and implement
opportunities for improvement. Developed reasonable suspicion guidelines, which were
