Insure safety throughout Facility and department is being met. Work directly with Plant
Manager and Plant steering team to ensure all plant and production goals/improvements
were being met or exceeded. Manage capital and maintenance department spend
throughout the facility. Work Very close with all maintenance team members to ensure a
smooth operation. Hire/Manage and oversee all contracting services involved in plant
operations and projects. ( Jon Donaire Desserts ) Manufactured and processed over
30,000 Cheesecakes/Mousecakes daily. 250,000 sq ft. facility, Had over 250 union

building, grounds and utilities. Coordinate with all vendors/Contractors to select and
recommend new supplies and equipment and maintenance methods to improve plant
operations. Interact with all regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all Federal,
State, and local standards. Acquire and maintain all permits an daunts involved.
Research, plan and prepare proposals for approval of Capital equipment, Construction

1990-1998
Manage and oversee all maintenance issues for canning, bottling lines, Oil and Margerine
packaging, Blow molding and injection molding operations. Created training manuals on
proper maintenance and operations of working Ammonia and steam systems. Worked
with all levels of management to implement Capital improvements and to research and
develop new processes to improve plant operations. ( S.E Rykoff was a 7 story facility that
manufactured everything used and needed in the restaurant industry).
