MAIN PROJECT:

Title: Fuel less generator

Description: To reduce the power failure crisis, we made a working

model of producing power without the use of external energy. Dynamo is

the main equipment to produce power. So it is made to rotate with less

input power and then it is recirculated to run the model, and a meager

amount of power was produced to lighten other electronic equipment.

MINI PROJECT:

Title: Designing and Fabrication of Wear testing machine.

Description: A wear testing machine has been built to aid in the study

of wear occurring on surfaces of repetitively loaded solid bodies.

This machine is to test anti-wear performance of the metal and non-

metal under the specimen sliding, rolling and sliding-rolling

conditions. It can also test various materials under dry friction and

wet friction less than 60 HRC.

Job role: Trainee Engineer from July 2013 to Present

Responsibilities: Worked as quality engineer to improve the efficiency of

production operations, prepare engineering drawings in AutoCAD, ensure ISO

compliance, manage the engineering change process and act as customer

liaison for product quality issues. Also, went to Gujarat for one month as

Purchase Engineer and learned all the process involved in sand casting

process.

of fiber and its properties.
