$186 hr.
Achievements Through the implementation of lean manufacturing practices Managed a
Regional Facility for over 5 years that continually maintained the highest

“First Past Yield” [average of 99+%] and “On Time Delivery” [average of
98+%] percentages within the organization.
By applying Deming Theories and practices reduced an average production
TAT of 7 working days to a TAT of 1 working day within a 3 month period.
As Production Control Coordinator, functioned as a liaison between
company and our major customers. Identifying alternative processes and
coding, successfully implemented new procedures resulting in streamlining
the manufacturing process and reducing operating costs significantly and
improved delivery capabilities by 15%.
Failure of mandatory industry audit after a company downsizing required
immediate corrective action. By addressing morale problems and through
root cause corrective action over the next three month period, was able to
pass next two audits with “no findings” (no faults found).
As Special Operations Manager targeted to move all products out within a
48 hour period of time. Through reorganization of systems, processing in
groups and establishing a visual tagging system that was easily
implemented, was able to improve turnaround time from 35% to 90% in a
