supervising and monitoring of skill trades, (4) maintenance
tech, and outside vendors in a lean manufacturing
environment. Scope of work for (2million sq. ft. facility)
included Central Filter Systems/Transfer Tanks for
Machining Cells, Chiller Rooms, Cooling Towers, Fan Rooms,
Substations, Crane/Hoist, Pump Houses for Facility Fire
Protection, Over Head/Pedestrian Doors, Mist Collector
Filter Changes, Machine Cleaning and all grounds work lawn
cutting and snow removal. Effectively utilize hourly
employees, material and equipment resources. Have a strong
ability to organize and plan project work relative to
repairs. Responsible for diagnosis of equipment
malfunctions. Coordinate maintenance schedules with
production personnel. Keep management informed of

welding operation.

and motivation of 30 union employees. Responsibilities also
included trouble shooting quality/production concerns,
keeping production records, ordering production supplies
and training personnel in press operation and welding

SERVICE CENTER MANAGER: Oversaw 100 union employees, 3 shift
operation in Slitting Department. Responsibilities included
one 60" free loop slitter with tension stand. 72" and 36"
pull thru slitters. Hired and set-up job training program.
Other responsibilities included trouble shooting and
production problems, inspecting material and making quality
control decision, writing reports on processed material,
scheduled preventative maintenance on all units.
Monitored/analyzed payroll, personnel attendance/vacation
schedules and production records.
