In 2004 the scope of my responsibilities was expanded to oversee the Operations Support & Control Team
for Software support of our billing Software used by franchisers in India and abroad.

communication for Partners, Planning ATL and BTL activities media planning and purchase, end to end
event management, Brand Building through PR etc .

Accountable for heading & providing support to the International & Domestic support team in implementation on eCAS
software developed on SQL Server and extending support for the same to Domestic and International clients. Formulate
Test cases while doing Functional Testing.
Identify, research, analyze & market new businesses and products while evaluating the business and realizing its full
potential by using tools such as marketing, sales, information management & customer service.
Anticipate the costs, and planning the expenditure of financial resources for the execution of developmental tasks,
projects and programmes in the organization.
Assist the product development teams for the designs and development of product collaterals while generating leads
along with the regular follow-ups on the developments.
Identify and develop prospective clients while analyzing their requirements and rendering technical guidance over the
various aspects of the business.

envisioning, design and completion together with the company’s sales team, technical consultant and external partners.
