Systems Security Specialist: I provided support for and maintained
information security technologies with the goal of
maintaining stability and regulatory compliance at Aflac while
providing access to meet our customer needs. Analyzed, installed,
administered, and configured the infrastructure systems in a multi-
platform environment (both mainframe/distributed) at the
enterprise level; participated in capacity planning; supported the
creation and the maintenance of infrastructure disaster recovery

Program Coordinator: Through corporate partnership, (RCS-
Randstad Corporate Services) I served as an on-site extension of
Aflac's HR function, managing all aspects of client management,
new business development, and recruitment, selection,
deployment and management of talent. I worked with both clients
and talent to identify employment needs and priorities and
provided appropriate workforce solutions. I built and maintained
strategic partnerships with the department hiring managers
through an extensive and active understanding of Aflac's business,

National Account Field Representative: Responsible for securing

Cold-called into Fortune 1000 companies in addition to other
reputable businesses, and set follow-on appointments to review
LN's screening offerings. Presented to prospects and customers in
the areas of Background Screens, Drug Testing, and I-9 E-verify
solutions to improve organizations' time and cost-efficiency.
Managed a multi-state territory that included Atlanta-Metro,
Tennessee, Kentucky and Cincinnati-Metro. Following approved
transfer, managed a multi-state territory that spanned Los

July 2009 to Mar 2010: Brigade Automations Management Officer:
Principal advisor to the Brigade Signal Officer on all matters
pertaining to Signal support. Responsible in planning, management,
maintenance, and integration of Army Battle Command Systems, Local
Area Networks, and tactical radio systems. Responsible for the
training of automated information systems, tactical radios, and
video teleconference. Implemented information assurance plans in
garrison and tactical area networks.
. Served as the brigade's primary point of contact for
coordination with more than 30 project managers and
contractors.
. Spear-headed the brigade's effort to base-line and field
over 1,500 laptop workstations in support of the life-cycle
program.
July 2008 to July 2009: Signal Company Executive Officer:
Responsible for the safety, health, and welfare and training of 89
Soldiers forward deployed in Iraq. Responsible for the
Installation, Operation, Maintenance and Defending (IOMD) of two
brigade Joint Network Nodes, two High Capacity Line of Site
(HCLOS) and six Battalion Command Post Nodes supporting operations
as an integral part of the Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for
the planning, implementation, and resourcing of maintenance for 32
vehicles, 19 communications assemblages, and 26 power assemblages.
. Identified and ensured successful transfer of $150K worth of
excess Theater Provided Equipment and $35K worth of excess
organic property to the Division Resource Management Office.
Feb 2007 to July 2008: Battalion Signal Officer: Responsible for
all aspects of communications for the forward-deployed Battalion
headquarters and four companies, more than ten different
communications platforms, and over 9 million dollars worth of
equipment. Systems included 2 CPNs, more than 6 Army Battle
Command Systems, SIPR/NIPR/DSN and SINCGARS, HF and TACSAT radios.
Additionally responsible for LAN installation and management,
maintenance of automation equipment, and all Battalion Active
Directory and exchange accounts.
. Single-handedly oversaw the installation of network
connectivity for over 160 workstations across 13 battalion
buildings.
. Deftly handled the procurement of critical radio parts for
deployment and re-imaged more than 70 task force computers
for the classified network.
May 2005 to Feb 2007: Infantry Platoon Leader: Led a Bradley
Fighting Vehicle equipped, mechanized infantry platoon.
Responsible for the health, morale, combat readiness, training,
and welfare of 38 Soldiers. Maintained accountability and
operational readiness of equipment in excess of $6 million
including four Bradley Fighting Vehicles. Trained the platoon to
function independently, or as part of the company, and to
accomplish all assigned missions. Ensured platoon was trained and
ready to deploy on short notice, fight, and win in its execution
of wartime operations.
. As the most tactically-trusted unit platoon leader,
personally led over 50 raids and detained more than 35
brigade level
targets in Ramadi, Iraq.
