Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes and provides efficient service for the opening/closing of accounts.

• Receives and processes over the counter transactions.

• Inputs all transactions into the computerized accounting system know as the CASA (Current Account Saving System).

• Receives payment coursed through the bank, i.e. Loan Payment.

• Arrange cash received in cash boxes and coin dispensers according to denomination.

• Explain, promote or sell all existing products or services of the bank such as Savings Deposit, Special Savings Deposit and loan products.

• Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing and sorting.

• Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes and provides efficient service for the opening/closing of accounts.

• Responsible in the preparation of the following reports:

Daily and weekly report of new accounts opened

Manager’s check issued for the day

Schedule of documentary Stamps

Schedule of insurances from the opening of long term Time Deposits and Chikiting Accounts

Closed accounts for the day

• Handles the matured placements for the day:

Roll over of matured placements

Ensures the accuracy of computation interest payments of the matured placements

• Computes and posts the interest of the pre-terminated placement.

• Sort’s signature cards in alphabetical order and monitors signature cards for update.
