Sequence stratigraphy and Facies Analysis of Petroleum-bearing Formations –
Methodology of sequence stratigraphy, positioning among other stratigraphic
classifications, and recognazing significance for making powerful facies predictions.
Project concerning stratigraphic correlation between outcrop and well log data in
order to recognize lithofacies, facies, facies associations, facies successions and
unconformities, their interpretation in terms of depositional system shifts in time and
space (Northwest Poland, Central USA).
Petroleum Geophysics and Geological Mapping of Subsurface Structures –
Detailed interpretation of geophysical (connection with the geological-deposit
materials) data Lubiatow-Miedzychod-Grotow – structural cross-sections
construction and 3D model building (Petrel Software).
Developing and Modelling of Petroleum- bearing Systems – Reconstruction
thermal history, petroleum system analysis in the rotliegend beds located near to
Poznan (Poland).
Petrophysics of Oil-and-gas-bearing rocks – Reservoirs sandstone parameters in
gas prone beds of Niebieszczany-1 well (South Poland).
