MINI-PROJECT

MY MINI PROJECT IS A “FABRICATION OF TILTING MACHINE VICE”

Description:

The objective of project is to to build a machine for holding and mark

purpose.This is very useful for dividing the road at the same particular distance and reduces the

man power. The scope of the project is to reduce the manual work.In this project proximit sensor

is used to calculate the same diatance . The holding and marking is very accurately compared to

manual work and reduced maintenance cost.

MAIN-PROJECT

MY MAIN PROJECT IS DONE BY “DESIGN AND ANALYSI OF NATURAL

REINFORCED HYBRID COMPOSITES (SISAL/JUTE/COIR)”

DESCRIPTION:

The main objective of the project is to be fabricating a new

composite and analysis its properties. A natural fiber abundantly available in india.

Natural fiber are not only strong and light weight but also relatively very cheap. The

present work describes the development and characterization of a new set of natural

fiber based polymer composites consisting of coconut coir, jute, sisal as reinforcement

and epoxy resin. The newly developed composites are characterized with respect to

their mechanical characterstics. The materials included which are stronger, lighter or

less expensive compared to traditional materials. This will be discussed to identify its

properties are physical, chemical and find suitable applications. It is concluded by this

project that,the mechanical properties of jute/sisal/coir polyester composites do not

process strengths and module as high as those of conventional composites. The

reinforceing materials is eco-friendly,non-health hazardous, low cost and easily

available as compared to conventional fibers like glass,Kevlar etc..,
