OBJECTIVE:

I am seeking a hands-on position that grants me the opportunity to help

others in the process. I am immensely committed and reliable.

Organization, determination, and patience are great qualities of mine. I

factory, I worked with several employees to get a job complete in a timely

manner. I was also trusted to handle some of the finances, and to help the

financial advisor to keep the bills, incoming money, and taxes organized.

While working at the UW Hospital, I greeted the customers, entered,

filled, and processed prescriptions. I also dealt with insurances and

doctors, and maintained the pharmacy. Dealing with disgruntled patients

improved my patience. Teamwork is extremely important in this business,

and I proved it with the relationships I have built. I managed the over-

the- counter medications, and was creative on which things to stock. I also

worked at numerous sites, which demonstrated my flexibility.

student assistant, where I help make sure the protocols and study

medications are up to date and the other employees have everything they

signatures and other details that are necessary to keep the departments

running.

the rules their parents lay forth. Each day, I provide meals, engage them

I help them through their problems and frustrations.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

I have blossomed in my team-building skills as well as being a leader in

all that I have done. I can take control and get much done in a timely,

organized manner. I am an employee that many people come to when

they need help or just have a simple question. While working with

customers and children, my patience grew a substantial amount, and I can

sufficiently handle any problem that arises. After volunteering on the

Colleges against Cancer Committee, I grew in my organization,

leadership, and patience due to organizing the Relay for Life Event for the

Madison area, and numerous other events for cancer survivors and

caregivers.

was a committee member for our Colleges against Cancer, and helped

organize and execute our Relay for Life event in the Madison area. I was

also a member of the Optima Dance team and involved in club rugby and

recreational volleyball.

Currently, I am enrolled in the nursing program at Moraine Park, and

aspire to get my RN.

SKILLS:

I am moderately fluent in Spanish, and can navigate a computer well. I

have an excellent attendance record, and am able to get along with other

co-workers and patients, meanwhile taking criticism from management.

Teamwork is vital, however, if a task instructs work in solitude, I can

achieve it efficiently and effectively. Presentations and public speaking are

my strong points as I have a wonderful speaking voice and am comfortable

with presenting to large crowds. I have learned teamwork, discipline, and

diligent working methods.

INTERESTS:

I enjoy traveling around the world and reading an array of different books.

I also enjoy listening to many different types of music. Outdoor activities

are of utmost interest to me, such as, snowboarding, wake boarding,

hiking, skydiving, and swimming. I extremely enjoy assisting people

around the world that are in need, and am always immersed in a creative

activity to keep my mind busy. Working with cancer patients and being

involved in fights against cancer is a true passion of mine. I join any walk

or run event I am able, and volunteer with the American Cancer

Association and other organizations when possible.
