Duties: Responsible for pulling products ordered by stores from Distribution Center shelves and
placing them onto pallets. Wrap finished orders and deliver them to the dock area, with the use
of a motorized pallet jack. Headsets tell which products have been ordered, and where they are
located in the Distribution Center. Drive forklift and let down all products to fill empty bays
with products so that selectors can access products ordered. Use forklift to put away products
brought into warehouse for restocking.

Duties: Estimate how much food and beverage will be used, and place orders with suppliers.
Check the deliveries of fresh food and baked goods for quality. Order supplies of non-food
items, such as dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, and cleaning products. Arrange to have
equipment repaired or maintained and schedule other services. In addition, total cash and charge
receipts at the end of each day. Deposit them in a bank or other safe place. Supervise the
kitchen and dining room. Oversee the food preparation, checking the quality and size of the
servings. Resolve customer complaints about food or service. In addition, managers make sure
that kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to standards.
