Managed the Engineering departments according to Hospitals'

Accreditation criteria, ISO, Hygiene and Safety standards (covering

Buildings, Fire, Maintenance and Biomedical sections: team of 20

employees):

Monitored and controlled maintenance activities (corrective and

preventive) as to maintain the optimal functioning of different

systems in the Hospital, preventing failures, reducing failure times

and reparations' costs.

stores and assets, subcontracts' management...

Prepared, monitored and controlled yearly facilities' management
