. B.Tech (mech) from J.R.N.R.V.D University, Udaipur, Rajasthan in

Working Experience:

** Presently working with M/S YKK India Pvt. Ltd, Bawal as Senior Section

Chief, Utility since May 1997 to till date having rich exp of Effluent

treatment plant and water treatment plant, DM plant, sewage treatment

plant, hazardous waste handling and storage, safety regulations and

implementation, parameter monitoring and control, all type maintenance

and operation related trouble shootings.

14001:2004, BSI/OHASAS 18001:2007 certified company is engaged in

manufacturing of zipper's fastening products supply to top level fabric

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. A rich exp of 0% discharge Effluent treatment plant ( recycling

plant) / R$D and implementation with E.T.P/ water treatment plant /

DM plant/ sewage treatment plant /sludge control /sludge treatment

/ hazardous waste handling and storage / safety regulations and

implementation / parameter monitoring and control, all type

maintenance and operation related trouble shootings.

> Day to day monitoring of etp,stp,wtp and their parameters and control.

> Regular environmental monitoring like stake,noise,air, ambient etc.

> Preparation of yearly environmental statement, water cess return,

consent applications etc.

> Maintain all records of chemicals,spare parts, maintenance, ISO14001,

18001, 27001,TPM,inventory control.

> Operations & Maintenance of WTP, ETP, Blowers, Chemical Pumps, with

zero downtime.

> Operational control and troubleshooting with multistage evaporation

system, air washers, filter press, compressors, driers, chillers rain

harvesting, VAM, boiler and other accessories of utility.

> Annual scheduling of maintenance practices and maintaining records of

the equipment historical performance.

> Maintaining highest level of competency by Training of Employee's.

> Implementation of Kaizen, TPM.

> Implemented various measures to improve the plant productivity levels

and reduction of running costs.

Previous Experience:

Worked with Godrej GE appliances ltd Mohali, Chandigarh Maintenance

Supervisor in (Press Shop) dept.

Responsibilities

* Playing an important role in the regular maintenance and operation

in press shop.

* Ensuring that supply of component is going at right time to

assembly and other production department.

* Preparing the report on row material and quality issue it to

purchase dept.

* Assisting the planning, developing and implementing of preventing

maintenance.

* Strictly implementing the quality assurance (QA) policies and

increasing the operational efficiency of the plant.

* Preparing the shift schedule and make sure to follow it.
