department. Approximately 22 total steel presses and job stations. The fabrication department consisted of
turret presses, press brakes, welding, and paint, all of which were scheduling points that were scheduled on a
daily basis per production needs. Monitored production order confirmations performed by operators, to make
sure all confirmations are up to date. Support plant in any way during month-end, for example; Updating all
confirmations in SAP, Entering Rework production orders, Expediting materials through fabrication department
for other departments, and Clearing all "Cogi errors" in SAP. Purchase components for production. Purchase
from approx. 50 different suppliers. Responsible for purchasing approx. 1200 different components as well as
raw metal for fabrication department. Contact suppliers daily on open orders to verify order acknowledgments
and delivery dates. If I have an inventory discrepancy I cycle count parts myself and adjust system accordingly
with approvals from management. I assisted Inventory Manager with different inventory control task daily.
