components that go into the cooling packaging, aftertreatment, top model

assemblies, including tubes, formed hoses, brackets, and coupled hoses.

This responsibility included the CAD design, drawing creation with GD&T,

BOM creation, BOM maintenance, and controlling the release of ECOs into

PDMLink/SAP. Most of my time was spent working with the new product team,

but would also help with kit creation for the continuous improvement team

when needed.

products. My responsibilities included creating the mechanical design

specifications, and mechanical testing specifications that met the needs of

the project, giving guidance and information to the design team, and to

report the results to the project manager. Also as the mechanical lead I

reviewed drawings, performed design reviews, reviewed test reports, setup

project schedules, and answered any questions from the OEM customer or

design team. I have also been involved in new product creation dealing with

3 phase electrical PDU systems. For that project I had been part of the

team that managed drawing creation, drawing updates, wiring harnesses, and

label creation.
