. Involved in hard core Recruitment (end to end cycle).

. Undertaking, catering and satisfying the candidate requirement of the

. Meeting the prescribed targets and surpassing the targets in terms of

head counts and time duration for fulfilling human resource

. Talent acquisition and Adopting Talent Retention Strategies to ensure

. Assuring maximum joining and minimum attrition.

. Initial Screening of the candidates.

. Taking Telephonic Interview and speaking to candidates in length.

. Coordinating with the respective HR for maximum output.

. Rigorous follow up with the candidates till successful joining of the

Internal Recruitments:

. Preparing Training modules, presentations.

. Conducting and managing events and games for employees to boost up

their morale.

. Taking care of coaching, mentoring and feedback sessions.

. Preparing scorecard and training for the employees.

. Holding Induction period for 3 days and completing the joining

formalities of the new joinees.
