Responsibilities:
. Involved in hard core Recruitment (end to end cycle).
. Undertaking, catering and satisfying the candidate requirement of the
client.
. Meeting the prescribed targets and surpassing the targets in terms of
head counts and time duration for fulfilling human resource

. Talent acquisition and Adopting Talent Retention Strategies to ensure
candidate successfully completes the entire cycle.
. Assuring maximum joining and minimum attrition.
. Initial Screening of the candidates.
. Taking Telephonic Interview and speaking to candidates in length.

. Rigorous follow up with the candidates till successful joining of the

. Preparing Training modules, presentations.
. Conducting and managing events and games for employees to boost up
their morale.

. Holding Induction period for 3 days and completing the joining
