Objective:

Ran all aspects of the Nurse/Allied Health recruitment process. Recruited
and placed qualified candidates on local temp and temp-perm, travel temp,
and direct hire contracts. Attended Job fairs. Signed on or played a big
role in signing on every new medical client that our office contracted.
Worked tirelessly on client needs and employee retention by utilizing
interpersonal relationship skills. Trained office staff in regards to all
facets of medical recruitment, credential filing, proper back ground checks
and continuous updating of records in order to market new healthcare
contracts with local healthcare facilities and doctors offices. Played the

Found local college that ran ads free of charge in their quarterly alumni
newsletter in exchange for posting their "RN-BSN" program in this
Newsletter.
Found several local businesses willing to give discounts to the nurses on
this list (larger discounts for our working nurses) in exchange for free
newsletter advertising.

used the burden calculation to better create individual pay rate
agreements, and signed on and filled 2 new accounts. I was also in charge
of all facility scheduling.
