This was a contract position to design parts to refurbish used Semitool,
Semicon, Suss, and etc. machines. These machines produce semiconductor
wafers. I designed parts to refurbish used machines for resale.

Responsible for the design and configuration of HVAC units from 25 tons to 160
tons capacity. Track the production schedule and coordinate my schedule to keep
pace with the production schedule so that all my units were prepared in time to
go into prodution on the scheduled date.
Work with engineering to facilitate design and performance of HVAC
equipment
Work with the production personnel and plant manager to establish a
smooth flow of work to the shop.
Find ways to save money and time in the production.
Develop an open line of communication with production to solve any and
all problems that might arise during fabrication and assembly.
Provide the technical support to solve any and all the problems in the
shop.
Develop processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Select materials to meet weight and environmental requirements.
Configure HVAC equipment to utilize the space needed to accommodate
all the component functions and comply with electrical and fire codes.

and around Atlanta area.
As an ironworker and certified welder, worked on many large projects
such as The Georgia World Congress Center, The Georgia Dome, Grady
Hospital.

Installed and maintained industrial machines for factories and grain terminals all
across the United States. Some companies included Proctor and Gamble, Cooper
Tire Co., Raybestos, DuPont, Cargill, Central Soya, Archer Daniels Midland, Staley’s,
Purina, Marazzi Tiles, Frito Lay Corp., Nabisco and many, many more.
Installed Rapistan conveyor and packaging systems for Proctor and
Gamble.
Installed Banbury mixers for making rubber at Cooper Tire.
Licensed in 3 states (Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana) to inspect man-lift
elevators. Performed 5 year tests and annual tests. Repaired Dyne brake
systems.
Installed 900 ton presses for making parts for Chrysler cars and trucks.
Installed Hawthorne-Seving conveyors for Marazzi Ceramic Tile in Dallas,
TX.
Installed and repaired screw conveyors, mass- flow conveyors, super-flow
conveyors, belt conveyors, and bucket elevator conveyors.
Certified welder. Welded gas pipe, steam pipe, stainless steel, cast iron,
and steel.
