EXPERIENCE
Supervision
• Aircraft maintenance Superintendent for Ten years.
• Supervise: Two Supervisors, Ten Technicians, and Sixty, Avionics Reserve Component members, in the
maintenance complex.
• Establishes priorities and evaluate maintenance activities for adequacy and competence of employees in
compliance of directives and certifications.
• Present weekly to the Commander and group an update on current aircraft status along with maintenance
and personnel status.
• Ensures funds and resources are projected to support the maintenance effort, and are managed to optimize
mission accomplishment.
• Directs and coordinate, through base family support section Yellow Ribbon participants, in scheduling
unit drill assemblies, and issues that may arise due to time constraints.
Management
• Manage Two Hundred Reserve Component members in the maintenance complex.
• Direct the overall maintenance effort of the unit by maintaining attention to detail in establishing
maintenance priority flow such as; logistics, maintenance facilities, aircraft assets, and equipment.
• Plans and implements budgets, modifications and acquisition process requirements for money,
manpower, materials, facilities of Fly and Non-Fly accounts in the maintenance section and manager of
awaiting maintenance, aircraft assets.
• Avionics Government Purchase Card responsible officer for Ten years.
• Ability to handle deadline-oriented and crisis situations in and outside of the United States.
• Audit operational logs, inspection records, aircraft forms, and automated maintenance systems.
• Primary coordinater for the Maintenance Squadrons Operational Security, (OPSEC).
