• Developed and maintained PL/SQL procedures to enhance an Oracle-based RevChain billing system that
organized call data for businesses that purchased telecommunications service.
• Frequently used my UNIX experience to work with the extensive file archives of customer call data that the
company maintained for historical billing records.
• Often called upon to lead department efforts to document new procedures and incidents, such as system
outages in appropriate places on the Paetec Wiki.
