$500,000 budget

. Championed and created a conceptual design that significantly impacted

a simplified solution that saved 2,525 resource hours and an estimated

. Support Center Restructure - $1,400,000 annual budget
. Following the consolidation of two Allstate business support centers
this multi-year project was created to minimize the impact of the
merger by automating the Auto and Property processes. Project
execution was done with minimal disruption to the daily business
operations and delivered efficiencies that saved Allstate millions of
resource dollars
. (ESSO) Enterprise Software and Service Option Project - $950,000 budget
. Partnered with the enterprise infrastructure group and Northern
Ireland business partners to migrate all Computer Associates software
products to the new vendor, IBM
