PROFILE

I am a senior-level IT consultant and performance test analyst with a

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. I have over 19 years of

quality assurance and project management experience and am experienced in

the gathering of business and technical requirements, planning, test

execution, and performance analysis of key business systems. My primary

engagement leadership role has been with performance testing, load testing

and scalability testing based projects for many fortune 500 companies. I

also have well balanced social and negotiation skills that resulted from

many years of interacting with customers and senior executives alike. My

experience and exposure to many different systems gives me the ability to

approach challenges from other perspectives and often think outside the

box. I am also co-owner and co-operator of a residential custom home

building company in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Senior IT Specialist (Dallas, TX)

My role at IBM is as a quality assurance consultant for testing web

enabled, ERP/CRM and distributed business systems. My responsibilities

included conducting planning workshops, developing detailed test plans,

overseeing performance tests, executing tests, analyzing business

requirements and performance metrics, and assisting clients in tool

selection. As an engagement lead for the Performance and Scalability

Testing Competency, I would often manage small teams of 3-10 IT specialists

that were directly working on my project as well as staff the project with

the necessary resources. Requirements gathering in the areas of goals,

objectives, environment, tools, workload, and reporting were also my

responsibility part of the initial workshop I would lead in order to

develop a detailed test plan, create the required test environment, and

assist in execution of the test. In addition to tracking performance

defects and bottlenecks, I would monitor the daily progress of the project

and report any findings and issues to management on a daily and weekly

basis. I am familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle and IBM

testing methodology and have experience working with products such as p-

Series, i-Series, Websphere, SAP, and various financial and retail

enterprise applications.

I manage all phases of new residential construction, work closely with

architects and designers and manage daily activities of all contractors

building codes and quality controls are met as well as finish out detail.

Construction projects primarily focus on new residential homes, new home

additions and remodels, and commercial finish out. Projects range from

$25,000 to over well over $1,000,000.
