Primary focus: Successful implementation of lean initiatives by proposing

justified capital expenditures to senior management for the purpose of

procuring automated machinery and advanced machine tools to replace

existing lines of WWII-era machinery and equipment.

Environmental Management System affecting three local manufacturing

contents, CNC machine fixtures, gage crib contents, and raw material from

the Fort Lauderdale, FL facility to the Rocky Mount NC facility.
