. Provided administrative support to Senior Vice President and other
Officers of FTPS (1990 - 1997) and up to 100 employees, including FTPS
Conversion Managers and Merchant group (1997 - 2007). Duties included
typing correspondence, reports, copying, faxing, scanning, scheduling
meetings, mail distribution, answering telephones, ordering office
supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
. Served as liaison for new clients by sending welcome packets and
maintaining spreadsheet for Conversion Managers with pertinent
information.
. Coordinated training programs for new clients of FTPS, including
confirming registration, sending preparation materials to participants,
maintaining list of registered participants for each class, ordering
food, organizing training materials, and ensuring the facilities were
prepared for the training session.
