. Provided administrative support to Senior Vice President and other

Officers of FTPS (1990 - 1997) and up to 100 employees, including FTPS

Conversion Managers and Merchant group (1997 - 2007). Duties included

typing correspondence, reports, copying, faxing, scanning, scheduling

meetings, mail distribution, answering telephones, ordering office

supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.

. Served as liaison for new clients by sending welcome packets and

maintaining spreadsheet for Conversion Managers with pertinent

maintaining list of registered participants for each class, ordering

regarding their Conversion process to FTPS. Followed up with reminders to

regarding survey information for evaluation purposes.

. Assisted with new hire orientation by compiling materials from various
