CAREER OBJECTIVES
A petrochemical production and process engineering professional having more than one year of
experience. Seeking an engineering position in an oil and gas company to offer allied
proficiencies and accrued experience in managing oil production, overseeing material and
energy balances, maintaining equipment, project management, and improving work processes
that directly add to company's financial bottom line.
CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Up-to-date knowledge of refinery operations: CDU,VDU, NHU, CRU, FCC, Utility systems,
LPG MEROX and GCU.
• I carried out stage to stage material/mass balance on petroleum-based products/raw materials of
a refinery (125000bpsd) on units like CDU,VDU,NHU,CRU,FCC and gas plant.
• I extracted refinery production data from distributed control systems (DCS) sheets and used
them as input for material balance and interpreted the results accordingly.
• I was part of the team that troubleshoot process safety, capacity, efficiency and operability
issues of a refinery plant.
• Together with team of experts, we Identified and developed process modifications to improve
efficiencies of key resources.
• I have performed line sizing, valve sizing, separator sizing, TEG designs and basic pump and
PSV calculations for oil and gas production facilities.
• I filled equipment, process and instrument data sheets for various oil and gas design operations.
• I have Improved production capacity of an existing refinery plant/flow station via process
observation and understanding and tweaking the process parameters which maximize yields.
• I have also provided process engineering support for successful refinery and oil production
operations. Support functions like: programming, troubleshooting, integrity and documentation
maintenance.
• I carried out the safety incident investigations and production of HAZOP, HAZID and checklists
reports.
• Developed and interpreted of PBDs, PFDs and P&IDs of various chemical processes.
• Developed/Modified a number of As-Built P&IDs, PDFs, Safety analysis check list (SAC table)
and Equipment list for Chemical and offshore Oil & gas plant facilities using CAD designs.
• Handled work packages of projects at hand by reviewing and checking project drawings,
carrying out site investigations, liaising with other teams of engineers and managing budgets and project
resources.
