A petrochemical production and process engineering professional having more than one year of

experience. Seeking an engineering position in an oil and gas company to offer allied

proficiencies and accrued experience in managing oil production, overseeing material and

energy balances, maintaining equipment, project management, and improving work processes

CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Up-to-date knowledge of refinery operations: CDU,VDU, NHU, CRU, FCC, Utility systems,

LPG MEROX and GCU.

• I carried out stage to stage material/mass balance on petroleum-based products/raw materials of

a refinery (125000bpsd) on units like CDU,VDU,NHU,CRU,FCC and gas plant.

• I extracted refinery production data from distributed control systems (DCS) sheets and used

them as input for material balance and interpreted the results accordingly.

• I was part of the team that troubleshoot process safety, capacity, efficiency and operability

issues of a refinery plant.

PSV calculations for oil and gas production facilities.

fills, and maintaining requirement levels using relevant tank calculation factors.

• Ensuring quality of petroleum products by analyzing and testing their specific gravity, flash point, cloud

point, bromine number, and octane rating.

water sample results while keeping test parameters in perspective.

• Coordinating forecasting activities based on business plan deadlines in consultation with asset teams,
