Engineer
. Established in house engineering department with art to part
manufacturing capabilities and server storage system. Prior system was
paper drawings in file cabinets with hand drawn redlined ECO system.
. Established in house manufacturing department for manufacturing both
mechanical and electrical/PLC product line. Created internal
standards, implemented training of manufacturing personnel, monitored
progress until established, and then turned over to manufacturing
manager.
. Set up cell manufacturing capabilities for three distinct product
lines, one mechanical, and two electrical based.
. Established computerized inventory management system with Kanban
storage system for all manufacturing raw materials used in production.
. Set up addressed warehouse storage location for all manufacturing
