the assignment for this migration project.

Project Plan - Set milestone and actual plan for execution and roll out

the roles and task allocations.

Master Data Preparation and Management - Look after these before and after

the project to ensure accuracy in master data as this may lead to erroneous

results causing panics after Go Live.

Setup & Configuration - Setup new environment based on the SRS and the

software to be configured (on different deployment methods) fully.

Testing Environment - Setup testing environment (a simulation of the live

environment) and created in the new software to enable the end-users to

acquaint and equip them for beginning in the live environment.

Customization of Forms & Reports - The client's (Business Process Lead /

Managers) requirement as to the customization of forms (User Interface) and

reports (Existing as well as the new reports requirements) are addressed

here.

The system must be tested for complete processes and each type of

Validate with "FDA" and "SDLC" process for development to the

production environment

Document functional / technical specs of the client for reports and

System Walk-Through - Document sample transactions by the end-users in the

testing environment; write test scripts for each business process.

Migration of Historical Data - Beyond the opening balance incorporation,

worked on bringing the historical data, this step will be required to plan

Installation of Software (Updates) - The Vanilla installation of the
