KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
*Teaching skills: I did my PTLLS and about to finish my DTLLS. I have
almost 7 years of experience in preparing, designing and teaching Business
in France and UK. I've an experience in BTEC EDEXCEL Programme, HNC/HND
Level 4 & 5.
*Assessor skills: I am about to finish my CAVA, Certificate in Assessing
Vocational Achievement. I have almost 7 years of experience in preparing,
designing and assessing in France and UK further education and college.
*General Management: Almost 20 years of experience in managing business in
Africa and in Europe. Most of time, I have created new businesses. Good
knowledge in International Management. I have studied Chinese Management at
Fundan University in Shanghai in China, Japanese Management at Temple
University in Tokyo in Japan and American Management at Saint John's
University located in the heart of Manhattan in New-York in USA at PhD
level.
*Tourism, Leisure, Hospitality and Food hygiene: I got training in
Hospitality and Tourism with SEETEC at Euston Centre. I also work in
Restaurant in France gastronomic restaurant like Le Bibent and La Fregate.
*Financial Management: During my career of manager, I managed the Companies
Bank Accounts. I managed risk of liquidity to pay providers & employees. I
performed to reduce financial cost. I used many financial instruments.
*Marketing and Sales Management: I perfectly mastered the implementation of
mix-marketing. I have studied and practiced this field in C te d'Ivoire
then in France at a deeper level for almost 16 years; have done many
postgraduate marketing research works in Africa, Europe, Asia and America.
*Human Resources Management: I possess an intellectual skill and a long
experience in Human Resources Management. I have a good knowledge of hiring
process, motivation and faithfulness of company's employees. I have
mastered the employment law and grievance procedure.
*Research skill in Information Technology: I am familiar with programs like
Microfit and Stata to make forecasting. I can also implement all the
process of market study either to launch a new product or to perform an
existing product. I used programs such Sphinx and SPSS. I also mastered
Microsoft Office through my ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)
*Bilingual: I speak, write and can teach French which is my native

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
*April 2013 to present, ACT
Holdings, Agency, Consultancy and Training. I was a self-employed Agent,
Consultant and Trainer in International Business Management. I was working
with African companies willing to penetrate UK & French market also with UK
and French companies willing to conquer the African market.
*January 2010 to April 2013, SGI (Soka Gakkai International) UK National
Buddhist Cultural Centre at Taplow Court, I was Team Leader, caring for the
members, guiding visitors, coordinating the transportation and managing the
bookshop. I was managing a team of 6 persons. It was a casual and volunteer
job. I also was giving some Business Lectures at Outset, Learndirect and
INPCE in Bristol.
*August 2009 to October 2009, Diallo Consulting, consultancy in Management
in Toulouse (France). I was a self-employed Consultant and Business
Lecturer. I worked on 2 marketing projects: one in Toulouse about shopping
through internet for a supermarket; the 2nd in Abidjan to develop new Night
Club clients. I also was Business Lecturer at CNAM Toulouse. I stopped
consultancy in France to move in England to purse my studies in
International Commercial law.
*November 2008 to May 2009, Ivoire Nett Services in the cleaning field in
Toulouse and South West of France, where I was Sales Manager. I was
managing a client portfolio of 8 companies and taking care of developing
it. I have increased it up to 12 with 2 years contracts each instead of 1
year before. I was calling and visiting clients. I tried to anticipate
their needs and resolve the contentious. I also was Business Lecturer in my
spare time, Friday evening and Saturday morning at Institut Montalembert.
Later I decided to open two consultancy offices in Toulouse and Abidjan.
*January 2006 to November 2008, CLEANE, Cleaning & Decoration, Multiservice
and Maintenance in Building Works at Toulouse and all South-west of France.
I was Managing Director. I was employing 16 workers. I created the company
with capital of 8,000, rising to a turnover after the first year of
200,000. I established the general strategy. I implemented the mix-
marketing. I hired the salespeople then the workers. I managed the finances
and all the administrative affairs. The business developed well. I sold the
company to Ivoire N Services which hired me for a while.
*2001 to 2005, Self-employee, in selling in Toulouse and South-west of
France, I worked as a freelance salesman in several companies. I stopped to
create my own company in cleaning/decoration that quickly knew success.
*1993 to 2001, SAD (Soci t Africaine de Diffusion), selling of
encyclopedias, stationery, school and offices supplier in C te d'Ivoire
where I was Manager. I created it. I closed it because of political
instability and I came to settle in France.
