Customer accusations is a web based project that take the complaints from end users

through online for electricity, municipality, gas, water. The purpose of the project is that, by

using this, electricity, municipality, gas, water department can give better service to End-

users. Customer Allegation is online complaint system they have to maintain their User

details, user creation details in online. Consumer can give complaint from anywhere using

computer not for going to office directly. So that Consumer can save time, and proficient

reserve convention.
