family. This has embedded features with 64 pins TQFP package. It has

CAN controller, 10 Bits(8 channel) ADC, Integrated on-chip memory.

* My Role & Responsibility:

. Patterns conversion from J971 to J750 and converted all adr file

from J971 to respective sheets in J750 platform .

. Test Program Development by using VB script.

. Testing,Debug and characterization by using GUI window.

. Perl scripting for data analysis and pattern conversion.

. Hardware (Load Board) testing and verification.

. Supporting SG team for Validation of Test Program.

. Sending summary reports on weekly basis.

Project: 8 Bit Single Chip Microcontroller (Mx886)

* Description: This is compatible with industry standard 8051 controller

family. This has embeded fetures with 64 pins TQFP package.

* Client Name : Qualcomm CDMA Technology (Sandiago U.S).

* Description: This is a PMIC IC from Qualcomm which is used in mobile.

It has diff-diff PMIC blocks( such as OVP module,PON module,Buck

regulator,Temp alram e.t.c) .

* My Role & Responsibility:

. Test Plan preparation based on customer input and IC

specification

. Analyzed module and their test cases with test procedures.

. Validation Online/Offline on ATE.

. Debug UTM code for PMIC's modules.

. Provided debug training for new engineers.

Project: QCA Test Program Standardization
