support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan - Two Deployments

. During OEF, helped train and mentor the ANA on subjects pertaining to

transportation, motor pool set ups and inducting trucks into

maintenance

Marine Corps Drill Instructor

. Processed and separated Marine Corps recruits from recruit training if

found unqualified or for disciplinary actions

Mentor to the Afghanistan National Army in Afghanistan during OEF

(Embedded Partner Team-EPT)

. Updated the Commander and SgtMaj of Kandak 5 of the 215th Corps on all

training events and progress made daily along with my civilian counterpart

. Gave daily classes to the Afghanistan National Army on proper techniques

that are needed for the organization and procedures for running a motor

pool

. Trained the Afghanistan National Army to drive all tactical trucks and

equipment needed to use in convoys

. Issued licenses to Afghanistan National Army once they completed the

proper classes and driving needed

. Instructed the Afghanistan National Army on how to conduct 1st and 2nd

echelon maintenance on equipment and fix simple maintenance problems

. Gave period of instructions on how to induct equipment into the

maintenance cycle

. Responsible for conducting daily motor pool operations with Afghanistan

National Army doing work as we monitor how they performed
