Project Manager
Work in conjunction with sales engineers/director of operations, and software
Engineers in order to develop an engineered automation and/or security system
that will meet or exceed customer expectations. Duties include: submittal procedures,

with other construction trades, system installation and start-ups and minor onsite
programming. Currently working at V.A. Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio averaging 50 -60

Jobsite Superintendent
Responsible for the facilities at Picatinny Army Arsenal under the Job Order Contractor
(JOC) section for Cherokee CRC.
Comprehensive project management experience in all phases of construction,
maintenance and repair including: economic feasibility studies, contract negotiations
with subcontractors, cost estimates, verification of approved submittals, planning
and scheduling, jobsite inspections and supervision of personnel. Projects included:
Multi-million dollar renovations, new construction and additions to existing buildings.
Interior renovations include: rebuilding floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical
systems, lighting, electrical systems, sprinklers, HVAC as well as all finishes.
Road rehabilitations, resurfacing parking lots, layout of parking stalls, concrete curbing,
earthwork, retaining walls, pedestrian walkways and installation of underground
utility lines and water mains. Also, I Provided support for various mission critical projects
for the Army’s Research and Development program. Responsible for conformance with
the Department of the Army and N.J. uniform construction code requirements. Average
work week consisted of 60 hours.

Journeyman Die Maker
Duties included: new die construction, die repair, engineering changes, troubleshooting of
Progressive die lines and ran various small machines such as lathes, milling machines,
drill presses and surface grinders along with many hand tools. Also responsible for
assigning work to apprentices and overseeing that the work was being completed safely
and conforming to quality specifications. Other responsibilities included hourly checks of
hydraulic and electrical equipment/systems while press lines were running. Work week
averaged 56 hours, but very often put 64 hours per week.

Autocad Designer
Responsible for a full range of engineering duties with HVAC, lighting and energy
management systems, both residential and commercial. Worked at job sites to do
system start-ups and problem shoot electrical circuitry as well as getting as-built
drawings completed. Worked 40 hour week unless out of town on site.

Residential Designer
Responsible for designing residential construction plans conforming to county codes
in Portage, Trumbull and Summit counties. Worked with owners to establish viable
floor plans. Constructed working blueprints ensuring the structures were built within
compliance of state and local codes. Oversaw contractors on site to ensure structures
were built to specifications in a smooth and timely manner.

Worked as night shift machinist ensuring quality product was shipped out. Liaison to
Owner with daily reports and any problems encountered. Duties included various
machining facets such as centerless grinding, milling, and bar straightening. Work
week usually 30-40 hours per week. Proficient at AutoCad, Smirt, and Catia.

Skills: While at Picatinny Army Arsenal, had security clearances and C.A.C. card to work on U.S.
Military installations. Completed many safety classes such as lock-out tag-out, OSHA 30
hr, confined space and Hazmat to list a few. Misc. skills include small engine
maintenance and repair, able to operate all types of farm machinery, snowplowing,
mowers, trimmers, edger, as well as tractors, backhoes, and excavators. Willing to work
any and all hours and able to work in all types of conditions needed to complete tasks.
Very mechanically inclined, self-motivated and quick learner. Complete all my own
maintenance on personal vehicles, tractor, mowers, and equipment.
