• Establish ROW with the Municipality to ensure Sub Contractors are within the guidelines

• Direct/Supervise all Contractors involved with the installation and terminations of the collector system

and track for Quality/Environmental and Safety purposes

• Involved in all installation that took place throughout the Community on the project
