● Create and maintain Bloomberg Terminal User Manuals, as well as Training and Procedure Manuals for
internal use
● Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal and external programming
support teams, and escalate issues to implementation and sales teams as needed
(domestically and abroad)

● Process modeling and data-flow modeling on a project-basis as needed
As a Pricing Contributions team Lead Financial Analyst, I have managed a number of projects focused on
data collection, analysis, and reporting. These have involved the processing of large volumes of complex
data obtained from multiple sources such as financial, geographic, and demographic statistical institutions
(both public and private). Reporting undertaken on a periodic and ad-hoc basis evaluated financial, economic,
and demographic conditions, as well as projections and trending. My expertise acquired through the lifespan
of these projects will allow me to effectively analyze large amounts of data, generate periodic performance
reporting, as well as develop and refine forecasting models to support financial operations, supply chain and
inventory.
