Consumable Management Division Staff Non Commissioned Officer in Charge
USMC - Jacksonville, NC - August 2012 to February 2013
In Charge of 30 Marines, running a warehouse with over 17,000 line items estimated at over 30 million dollars.
-Ensure that the Consumable Management Division operates in accordance with the MCO P4400.17F Aviation
Supply Desktop.
-Ensure the reconciliation of all daily/weekly/monthly inventory managerial and validation reports.
-Ensure all identification and management data of records is accurately maintained and stored in the proper
format.
-Maintain adequate stock levels through daily reorders and regular offloads.
-Oversee cyclic inventories to maintain 98% location and 90% inventory validity for 17,000 consumable
aeronautical material line items.
-Review monthly reports to identify problems and initiate corrective action if necessary to ensure database
integrity.
-Responsible for the receipt, issue, storage and delivery of all consumable material.
-Ensure the well-being training, mentoring and technical development of the Marines within the division.
-Maintain adequate stock on hand for the support of the aviation squadrons.
-Received a 93% on requisition follow-up statuses.
-Responsible for daily requisition reports, sending follow-ups, ensuring all gear comes in a timely manner.

Supply Personnel Administration Division Staff Non Commissioned Officer in Charge

In Charge of 2 Marines, running an office space while handling 180 Personnel files, including sensitive
information.
-Responsible for the administrative control of 180 personnel assigned to the Aviation Supply Department.
-Maintain master files for messages, orders, correspondence and directives or MCO P4400.177F.
-Advise and provide clerical support for the ASD as directed by the Aviation Supply Officer, Assistant Aviation
Supply Officer, and the Aviation Supply Chief.
-Maintain a personnel board with 180 moving Marines.
-Maintain 7 divisions recall rosters via Microsoft Excel with 180 Marines including sensitive material.
-Receive and submit electronically via Marine Online, the morning muster report from 7 divisions within the
Supply Department, and send to S-1.
-Maintain, assist, submit, coordinate and publish all required documentation for any and all personnel going
TAD, PCS, Leave and PTAD through Marine Online.
-Submit and maintain all reports and schedules to the MALS S-3 or external units as required pertaining to
training evolutions via email communication.
-Maintain current Table of Organizations for the Aviation Supply Department and all subordinate squadrons.
-Use the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) as needed to help advise and plan the
movement of personnel within the ASD as instructed by senior advisors.
-Provide efficient clerical assistance to the Department on all administrative issues (ie. Answering phones,

In Charge of 2 Marines, maintaining an office space with sensitive material and 80 Personnel files.
-Supervised, maintained and completed over 415 internal and external ASD correspondence files, and updated
all authority and appointment letters for the department.
-Use the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) as needed to help advise and plan the
movement of personnel within the ASD as instructed by senior advisors.
-Updated and replaced the entire Division publication library consisting of over 107 publications.
-Supervised the maintenance of over 300 Naval messages, ensuring that each message was posted, filed,
and the appropriate action was taken.
-Assisted in the planning and development of the new ASD workspaces aboard MCAS Iwakuni, Japan.
-Mentored and counseled Marines as directed by the Commanding Officer of MALS-12.
-Received a 100% on the Wing Inspection.
-Assisted in a two week training teaching over 20 Japanese Military Soldiers to speak basic/generalized English
for their upcoming deployment to the United States, using computers, power point presentations, and handouts
as needed.

-Input over 100 records daily into the Marine Online Website.
-Manage the Body Composition Program (BCP), tracking the progress of BCP Marines, conduct monthly
counseling's, weigh-ins, and bi-weekly Physical Fitness Tests (PFT) via Microsoft Excel and online website
input.
-Ensuring timely and accurate BCP processing is conducted for all Marines being processed for BCP.
-Conduct and monitor all unit PFT's and CFT's (Combat Fitness Tests).
-Report all training events to the MAG-12 Training Department.
-Develop and plan the MALS-12 Quarterly Training Plan via Microsoft word/document.
-Conduct meritorious board PFTs and Marine Corps Common Skills Tests.
-Coordinate rifle range, pistol range, and CBRN training for MALS-12.
-Evaluate all Unit Deployment Program (UDP) personnel upon arrival to MALS-12, ensuring that all training
requirements are complete.

-Manage the daily operations of the custody records branch in accordance with the Aviation Supply Desktop
Procedures and all applicable directives.
-Manage and maintain all required reports and publications to include; custody record file, assignment letter
file, survey file, custody history file, budget file, and allowance revision file.
-Maintain custody and control of all organizational allowance material, to include conducting required
inventories of all organizational material.
-Coordinate, submit, and review the budget for organizational material.
-Process all requisitions for organizational material.
-Ensure the Flight Equipment Pool is properly maintained and inventoried.
-Managed a total inventory of 32 organizational material accounts with a total of 450 custodial items, to include
high dollar pilfer able items (cameras, flat screens, printers), which totaled over 1.2 million dollars.
-Properly offloaded over $250,000 worth of excess equipment, with 100% accountability to the Defense Re-
utilization Marketing Office.
-Earned a grade of mission capable after the departmental internal audit after the previous NCOIC had failed
the previous inspection.
-Process and track open purchase requirements via ServMart and GSA.
-Ensure proper computation of the government purchase card.
-Deployed to Malaysia for a month, put in charge of a 600 line item pack up and put in charge of 2 Marines.
