. JOB PROFILE

As a Officer Production

o Handles production of several APIs and drug intermediates with all

necessary documentation required for cGMP, review of the complete BMR,

BPR, ECR in shift.

o Making daily production batch raw material request, solvent

consumption report posting done through SAP & ERP system.

o Process monitoring & maintain process parameter to exceeding

production target with quality and efficiency.

o Guiding the subordinates during production process, maintaining GMP.

Train & Instructing them to get better output by

following SOP. Safe way of handling the equipment/instruments,

hazardous reaction, unit operation, chemicals, intermediates,

housekeeping and safety in plant by using PPE etc.

o Rising sample advice sheet, raw material stock checking, receipt of

raw materials, transferring the intermediats, finished products to

stores.

o Work request, batch raw materials request, daily report, solvent

consumption report, ml.generation posting done through ERP system,

etc.

o Calibration/checking of equipment/instruments and maintaining

documents & preventive & shutdown maintenance schedule also

coordinate with engineering to minimize production losses due to

breakdown & compliance safety requirements.

o Responsible to updating training & disposal records & stock

maintaining of consumable items, water saving, power saving, minimize

solvent loss.

o Issue the various work permit as responsible production Dept. Handled

fire hydrant & fire extinguisher.

o Safety education,awareness & culture build. Maintaining

ventilaillation & illumination.

o Follow-up & confirming compliance of Safety Audit, HAZOP, Factory

Inspection, Recommendations. Worked as core team member, legal

committee member.
