endeavors, BC/DR, LEED award efforts, parking, and extensive events logistics for three graduate level
schools within The Johns Hopkins University. Responsibilities also included the supervisorial
management of hiring, retaining, and mentoring of all engineering, security and administrative
personnel, as well as the creation and management of the buildings’ $7MM annual Op Ex and $50MM
Cap Ex budgets. Implemented cost reduction savings of $350,000 by streamlining overall operations,
service vendor management contract frequency, and engaging energy consumption management.
Reduced personnel overtime cost by 75% during first year of tenure.
