Description of the project:

The purpose of the project is to provide 24/7 support. The landscape

i ncludes integration of various Nike’s applications like supply chain planning,

E DI, HR and Pay roll etc. The data t ransfer between these applications is

designed using integration technologies like Informatica, Fusion and Egate

etc. The responsibility is to do defect fixes, and minor and major

enhancements, ensure the SLAs are met and delivered.

2. P roject Name : Phoenix Remediation and Africa Balancing

Description of the project:

Phoenix remediation project involves the payment information made by

t he Customer to Nike. EDI Translator receives data from t rading partners.

E DI Translator t ranslates data in to a f lat file. T he f lat files are then

t ransferred to SAP.

The 3PL warehouse sends a Daily Open Delivery Status (via the Delivery

B alancing link) to N I KE. This Informatica link feeds the SAP Delivery

B alance report, which shows any Delivery discrepancies between the 3PL and

SAP.

T he 3PL will return an Inventory Balance file (via EDI 846) nightly after all

warehouse t ransaction batches for the days are run. This process supports

reconciling the inventory at the 3PL warehouse, to the summary inventory

records in Nike SAP Inventory.

A nalyzer Tool for Infosys Technologies L td. The Meta Data Impact

A nalyzer is a tool developed to face the challenges of Metadata

management and to enhance the quality of Metadata management

p rocesses. The Meta Data Impact Analyzer can connect to a database or

an ETL tool and retrieve the tables and fields. The tool can add, modify

and delete fields and study the impact of the mentioned operations on

t he fields. The tool summarizes the impact and displays it for the user

for assessment. The fields added to study impact can also be saved and

can be opened later to work further. The impact can be fixed later to

establish the impact. The tool provides an easy to use user interface for
