interior/exterior finishes.
Plaza del Mercado Juan Bigas, Ponce Municipal Office Building – Directed $15.0 million rehabilitation and remodel of

historic building with selective demolition and construction of new interior lay out, electrical, mechanical and plumbing
facilities. All exteriors reconstructed using various types of architectural elements and materials, sophisticated
aluminum and glass curtain walls, modern A/C systems with exposed air distribution ducts. Give support and manage
the daily work of subcontractors.
Puerto Rico Government Center in Minillas North Tower – Led $1.5 million remodel of main computer center, which

supports all government agencies in Puerto Rico, housing delicate, highly sophisticated technology systems. Installed
raised floor with air conditioning system, advanced INERGEN fire control and detection system, and smart thermostat
sensors.
Josefina Pastrana Vocational High School – Leverage my expertise in construction project management and

management skills to effectively lead and direct $32.5 million using 8,500 cubic yards of concrete and structural steel to
construct a new public vocational educational facility. Including administrative offices, classrooms, laboratories, green
areas, computer center, electronic center, styling and beauty salon, school band room with acoustic properties, fire
control system and potable water reservoir. Site work included waste water, potable water and storm water drainage
system, erosion control, road widening, retaining wall and parking area construction. Earthworks for 110,000 c.m. cut to
fill and 32,000 c.m. of waste material. The recreational facilities areas were constructed. I supervised 145 employees
and 5 sub contractors; led meetings, prepared certifications for payment, RFIs, RFPs, change orders and material
purchases.
S & P FABRICATORS AND MANAGEMENT Humacao, PR 2005 – 2006
Project Manager / Structural Engineer
Commissioned by Puerto Rico’s leading structural steel fabrication, erection and installation firm, managed construction of
multi level structural steel and free standing commercial buildings coordinating fabrication and installation, shop drawings
and construction schedules with general contractor. Presented project budgets and expense reports; managed purchasing,
installation contracts, RFIs/RFPs and change orders. Pinpointed and resolved structural issues and served as primary
point of contact with client running weekly project meetings.
Popular Center Building de Puerto Rico – Managed steel erection of two phased, $12.5 million new office building and

retrofitting of existing parking concrete structure. Identified and corrected design error of main structure to avoid
collapse.
Galeria Suchville Shopping Center Headed construction of new facilities using several structural steel sections arcs,

spirals, steel joists, deck and composite steel to accomplish build of octagonal dome at center atrium.
